Taking a Ferry
There are two ferry services in Connecticut. The nation's oldest
continuously operating ferry service crosses the Connecticut River
between Rocky Hill and Glastonbury. The ferry operates from May 1 to
October 31. The other ferry service is the Chester - Hadlyme ferry,
which operates from April 1 to November 30.
